Volunteer for the CNPS-San Diego Garden Tour 2019

Want to attend this year’s garden tour for free, by participating as a docent?  We’re looking for volunteers to join us on Saturday April 13 or Sunday, April 14 for a 4 hour shift (1 free ticket) or an 8 hour shift (2 free tickets). There are AM and PM shifts available and the tour has over 20 gardens.

You don’t need to have expert plant knowledge for this--just greeting attendees, being a friendly face, and letting people know of special features in the garden you are posted at is all it takes.

We ask that new docents join us for ONE morning of training at a selection of the gardens and we’ll provide lunch at the end. Training is to be held on March 30 and April 6 from 10am-12:30pm and you’ll have a chance to see a few of this year’s gardens, catch up with and meet new CNPS buddies, and have lunch on us!
